If the product is damaged or there is an error on Highway 3's end, please email deals@shophighway3.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible! Products that fall in this policy qualify for replacement of the product at no cost to the customer. Any return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Please double check spelling & personalization carefully. We are not able to make changes once the order is placed as they go directly into production.
